I began bassoon studies at 8 years old, at the “Prenk Jakova” Art School in Scutari, Albania.
At 18 years old I completed all requirements prescribed for the graduation and have been awarded with the Art School Diploma, achieving top scores. I have worked intensivly since early years playing both chamber music (ensamble) and in orchestra, in Albania, Switzerland and Italy.
I implemented my bassoon studies attending the first years of study at the Fine Arts Academy in Tirana and then moving to Italy to attend the Music Academy “Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi” in Milan, where I achieved the Bassoon Diploma in 1998.
I collaborated with the philharmonic orchestra of the Conservatorio G.Verdi, with the symphonic orchestra of the City of Lecco, with the orchestra of the Università degli Studi di Milano, with the United Europe Chamber Orchestra, with the Giorgio Strehler orchestra, with the Orchestra dell’Assunta in Vigentino, with the Orchestra Camerata del Titano in San Marino, with the orchestra of the International Academy of Music in Milan, under the direction of:
V. Parisi, A. Crudele, C. de Martini, S. Yoichi, R. Brignoli, G. Ràth, G. Gelmetti.
I am presently collaborating with various orchestras and chamber music groups.
